As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving loan disbursals across multiple branches or geographies, managing a network of DSAs/DSTs, guiding branch sales teams, and implementing region-specific sales strategies. This is a purely core-product sales role with zero cross-sell mandates, offering an ideal growth platform for Home Loan professionals who have already managed multiple branch-level performances or led cluster roles in the past.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Relentless execution mindset with hands-on market engagement
Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end ownership for business volumes in Affordable Home Loans

Manage, mentor, and drive performance of Branch Managers or local sales teams across assigned locations

Identify and activate DSA channels, DSTs, and connector networks to ensure aggressive sourcing

Track disbursal trends, conversion rates, and TATs, and course-correct proactively

Collaborate closely with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal closures

Roll out local market initiatives, contests, and tie-ups to generate visibility and business growth

Ensure quality sourcing and maintain a clean book with low delinquencies

Regular field visits to ensure team effectiveness, channel satisfaction, and ground intelligence
