Job description
The Sales Manager - DSA will be responsible for managing and growing the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel for Home Loans. The role involves onboarding, managing, and driving productivity of DSAs to achieve business targets, ensuring high-quality sourcing, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The incumbent will play a critical role in expanding the Home Loan portfolio through the DSA network while maintaining asset quality.

- Must Have :
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Home Loans sales
• At least 2-3 years of experience in DSA/channel management
• Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and credit basics
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets through channel sales
• Experience in onboarding and managing DSAs
• Graduation mandatory
Key Responsibilities :
• Achieve monthly and annual Home Loan disbursement targets through DSA channel
• Onboard, manage, and activate DSAs to drive consistent sourcing
• Drive productivity and business volumes from existing DSAs
• Ensure high conversion ratios from login to disbursement
• Monitor DSA performance, pipeline, and productivity metrics
• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners
• Conduct regular DSA meetings, training, and engagement activities
• Track market trends and competitor DSA activity
