Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit/Underwriting – HL & LAP.
Strong analytical skills for financial statement assessment.
Knowledge of legal and technical aspects of property evaluation.
Sound understanding of Affordable Housing and LAP products.
Ability to balance risk with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
