The Credit Admin supports the affordable home loan credit function by managing documentation, data verification, and system entries. The role ensures accurate processing of loan files, compliance with internal credit policies, coordination with sales and credit teams, and timely disbursement support while maintaining high standards of data quality and turnaround time.

  • Must Have :
    • Graduate

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Administration / Home Loan processing (Affordable segment preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Scrutinize and verify loan application documents for completeness and accuracy

  • Enter and maintain customer and loan data in LOS/LMS systems

  • Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and operations teams for file movement

  • Track credit cases and follow up to ensure timely approvals and disbursements

  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Maintain proper MIS, reports, and physical/digital file records

  • Support audit requirements and resolve discrepancies, if any

  • Maintain TAT and quality standards for affordable home loan processing
